  • I am having trouble registering my child on the Z Pass+ website.

    If the entry is updated and you are still getting this message, ensure that you are not entering in the student name with any spaces before or after the name or RFID number. The entry is also case sensitive. If you are sill experiencing problems, please refer to the school to confirm how the name was entered (i.e. hyphens and capitalizations). NOTE: When registering your child on the Z Pass+ website you must use a desktop or laptop because the system does not support mobile device entries.

  • I just got a new Card for my Child and it says 'No Rider Found with this Information'

    If you have just received a new student card from your  school, it may take up to 48 hours for them to update your child's entry in the system.  If you have had the card longer than 48 hours and are still getting this message, please call your school administrator to see if they have updated the card entry for your child to the RFID number on the back of your student's card. If the entry is updated and you are still getting this message, ensure that you are not entering in the student name with any spaces before or after the name or RFID number.  The entry is also case sensitive, so please refer to the school to see how the name information was entered. If you have checked all of the above and are still having issue adding your child, call Zonar customer care and we can assist you with this issue. Please have your child's RFID card #, the e-mail address on your Z-Pass Plus account and the name of your child's School District available when you call.
