End of Life for the Connect tablet is January 31, 2024.
You can continue to use the tablets after that date, but returns and compliance support will change.
Customer Support will assist in providing support related to applications or specific compliance-related questions. Zonar will not be able to process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for any hardware-related issues. If a Connect tablet is damaged or non-functioning, you will be required to upgrade tablets.
If Customer Support is unable to resolve an issue after the January 31 date, software updates or development support tickets will not be issued. Customers with compliance applications (EVIR or Hours of Service) are advised to upgrade tablets to maintain reliable compliance records.
