No Driver Reason enables you to create a label that you can attach to unidentified driving events. You can make the labels describing any textual explanation for the event that occurred.
When defining a reason, spelling is crucial. If a reason is created and then assigned to an unidentified driving event, that misspelled reason is archived with that event and you cannot remove or change that label.
- To add a No Driver Reason, on the main menu click Manage, and then under Drivers select the No Driver Reason
- To create the reason, in the Label text box enter a reason (for example, Contractor), and then click Add.
Your new reason appears in the table and is available as a reason option in Zonar Logs, Unresolved Logs, Unidentified Driving section. Learn more about Unidentified Driving Logs.

Edit, make the change, and then click Edit, or to delete a label, click 
Delete, and then click Delete.
