The Odometer Jumps report displays a jump in the odometer when there is no record of drive time.
To access the Odometer Jump report:
- On the main menu click Reports, under Zonar Logs select HOS Reports, and then on the HOS Reports tab click the Odometer Jump view.
- Expand the Filter pane, define the following criteria to narrow your search results, and then click Apply:
|Asset No.||Expand the dropdown list and select a specific asset or select the default Select All and the report will generate for all assets.|
|Attribute Filters||Expand the dropdown list and select an attribute group for the assets for which you want to search.|
|Attribute||Expand the dropdown list and select a specific attribute to display only assets with that attribute.|
|Entry Type||Expand the dropdown list and select the Automatic (ECM) or Manually-entered odometer values for the generated report.|
|Min Odometer Jump||Enter the minimum miles that the asset can exceed. Default setting is two miles.|
|Location||Expand the dropdown list and select a location or if left on the default option All Locations will display all locations and all assets.|
|Date Range||Expand the list and select a date range for this report data.|
The results table displays the following information matching your filter criteria:
|Asset No||Displays the asset ID number. Click the Info icon to display the available asset information. Click the asset number to display all EVIRs reported for that asset.|
|Entry Type||Displays how the odometer values were entered. Options include either Automatic or Manually for that given asset.|
|Start Time||Displays the starting time of the event.|
|Start Odometer||Displays the beginning odometer value before the event.|
|End Time||Displays the ending time of the event.|
|Distance||Displays the difference between the ending odometer and starting odometer values.|
