A view of operators that are within violation based on their rule set.
A glossary of violation codes can be found at the bottom of this page.
IMPORTANT: Violations will appear until the driver verifies edits. Violations will not appear until the dispatcher makes edits.
- To access HOS Reports, on the main menu click Reports, and then under Zonar Logs, select HOS Report.
- The HOS Violations is the default view. Expand Filters and define the following criteria to narrow your search details, and then click Apply:
|Driver||Expand the dropdown list and select a single operator or Show all operators.|
|Driver Group||Select a group of drivers to filter to for the generated report.|
|Driver Status||Show only active operators or revoked operators.|
|EXSID||A unique identifier assigned to the operator.|
|Tag ID||Operators login ID/Card.|
|Location||Location to which an operator is assigned.|
|Violations||Select a type to filter results based on violation codes. Refer to the Violation Codes section in this topic for more information about code definitions.|
|Min/Max Duration||Enter minimum and maximum amount of duration time for a violation by which to search.|
|Ruleset||Expand the dropdown list and select a set of violation rules assigned to the operator for which to search.|
|Date Range||Expand the dropdown list and select a date range. If defining a custom range, you must enter a start and end date to generate the report.|
The results table displays the following information matching your search criteria:
|Last Name||Displays the operator’s last name.|
|First Name||Displays the operator’s first name.|
|Tag ID||Displays the operator’s Login ID/Card.|
|Location||Displays the location to which the operator is assigned.|
|Ruleset||Displays the rule set assigned to the operator when violation occurred.|
|Asset No.||Displays the asset ID number assigned to the asset involved in the violation. Click Info to display the available asset information.|
|Start Time||Displays the date and time when operator went into violation.|
|Duration||Displays the amount of time operator was in violation.|
|Violation Code||Displays violation code. See below for definitions.|
|Violation Description||Short description of the violation code.|
|Violation GPS||Clicking on the Violation GPS icon will display a map with location and coordinates where the asset went into violation.|
|DR||Rest Break||Operator has driven over 8 hours without taking a 30 minute rest break.|
|DD||Over Daily Drive||Operator has driven past daily Drive limit without a reset.|
|DOD||Over Daily On-Duty||Operator has driven past daily On-Duty time without a reset.|
|8D/7D||Over Weekly On-Duty||Operator has driven past weekly On-Duty time without a reset.|
|WD||Over Workshift Drive Limit||Operator has driven past workshift drive limit without a reset.|
|WOD||Over Daily On-Duty Limit||Operator has driven past workshift On-Duty limit without a reset.|
|WS||Over Daily Workshift Limit||Operator has driven past workshift elapsed hours limit without a reset, where elapsed time is any duty status, including SB/OFF less than 8 hours.|
|DFD||Under Daily OFF Hours||Operator has not taken a minimum of 10 hours Off Duty during the day.
|C1||Over Weekly On-Duty Limit (70 Hour Cycle 1)||Operator has driven past 70 hours of combined On-Duty and Drive within 7 days.|
|C2L||Over Weekly On-Duty Limit (120 Hour Cycle 2)||Operator has driven past 120 hours of combined On-Duty and Drive within 14 days.|
|C2S||Over Weekly On-Duty Limit (70 Hour Cycle 2)||Operator has driven past 70 hours without a 24 hour reset.|
|C24||Over Weekly On-Duty Limit (24 Hours OFF/14 Days)||Operator has driven without a 24 hour reset in previous 14 days.|
