Performance Listing
Driver Performance allows you to see a breakdown of each driver’s performance based on measures and criteria that you set. In addition, drivers’ performance can be rated as Good, Fair or Poor based on thresholds set in Ground Traffic Control.
- Filters: These tools allow you to filter the listed drivers by driver, date, or rating. Use the drop-down menus to select filter conditions and press Apply to show drivers who match the filters.
Note: The page will only display the measures that have been enabled through Ground Traffic Control, if a measure is disabled for the particular date range, it will not appear in the report.
- Driver Rating: The driver’s current rating is noted with colored graphics and text.
Good
Fair
Poor
- Driver Listing: Drivers who fit into the filter criteria are displayed. By default, drivers are sorted alphabetically, but can be organized by rating or count of any Alert types.
Ratings are calculated by settings made in the Configure Thresholds section of Ground Traffic Control. In addition, performance ratings can only be provided in the yesterday, 7-day, and 30-day windows with set thresholds. Since custom windows cannot reliably be given thresholds, no performance rating feedback can be generated.
The driver’s overall rating is calculated as an average of their performance reports across all enabled measures. These ratings are a function of the count of good, fair, or poor ratings, while the number of alerts generated does not factor into this overall driver rating.
Example: A driver records 3 good scores, 1 fair score and 0 poor scores. On average, the driver’s overall performance is rated as good.
Feedback on individual performance measures is calculated by the configured thresholds. When the number exceeds the lower threshold, the text will change to yellow. When the count exceeds the higher threshold, it will become red.
