The Zonar OTAir mobile app is designed to walk a driver through the Cummins Connected Software Update process easily. Should you experience some difficulty with the app, refer to the troubleshooting table below.

|Camera not working.||Tap MANUAL VIN ENTRY and use keyboard to enter VIN.|
|App not reading QR code.||
|The QR code label is missing.||Tap MANUAL VIN ENTRY and use keyboard to enter VIN.|
|I started the update but need to cancel it.||Once the Zonar OTAir update has begun it cannot be canceled.||The update process generally takes no more than 15 minutes. Contact fleet admin or manager for assistance.|
|The app says that "Service is required" and "vehicle inoperable."
Can I start my engine?
|The firmware must be in place for the engine to function properly.||
Do not attempt to start the engine.
