The submission of this intent to cancel or deactivate does not constitute acceptance of cancellation or deactivation by Zonar. A review of your Contract, along with any subsequent Amendments or Addendums, will be conducted to determine eligibility for cancellation or deactivation. Zonar will assess whether any cancellation fees, deactivation fees, or early termination fees apply based on this review. If an account is cancelled or deactivated before the agreed-upon contract term, payment for the service will be owed for the remainder of the Contract, including all past due payments. Additionally, any service changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period, and no proration of service will be permitted.

Lease Customers: Lease customers must adhere to a minimum contract term of 3 years for each leased unit, including GPS units and/or Tablet devices. Equipment returned, excluding cables and brackets, at the customer's expense is required per the contract's return policy. Failure to return the equipment at the end of the lease term will result in extensions of 30-day increments with continued service fees applicable until return. Damaged equipment upon return will incur additional billing. If the customer fails to return the leased hardware upon Zonar's demand, they are liable to pay the then-current list price for functionally equivalent hardware, representing Zonar's reasonable damages and not a penalty.

DTNA Customers: Upon review of your subscription/service agreement (your contract), any applicable credit for service paid or owed will be assessed. Per standard procedure, service credit will be issued from the date 30 days following the submission of this signed cancellation request.
In the event of unit cancellation prior to the contract term, the following early-termination fees per unit apply:

VT: Two (2) months of Service Fees + $50.00
VIS: Two (2) months of Service Fees + $150.00
Zonar Tablet: Two (2) months of Service Fees + $250.00
