The Google Play Services Keeps Crashing error is caused by a combination of certain Device admin apps and data stored in the Google Play Services application. In order to resolve this error you must deactivate the Find My Device and Screen Lock Service Device admin apps and uninstall updates downloaded to the Google Play Services application.
Step 1: Deactivate Find my Device
Step 1a: Go to Settings
Step 1b: Go to Biometrics and Security
Step 1c: Select Other security settings
Step 1d: Select Device Admin Apps
Step 1e: Select Find My Device
Step 1f: Select Deactivate in the bottom right corner
Step 2: Deactivate Screen Lock Service
Step 2a: After Step 1f it should take you back to the Device admin apps screen. Otherwise go through Steps 1a-1e
Step 2b: Select Screen lock service
Step 2c : Select Deactivate in the bottom right corner
Step 3: Uninstall the Google Play Services updates
Step 3a: Go to settings (either by dragging down from top of screen to bottom and selecting the cog wheel like Step 1a or by hitting the back button 3 times)
Step 3b: Select Apps
Step 3c: Select Google Play Services
Step 3d: Select the Three vertical dots in the top right corner
Step 3e: Select Uninstall updates button
Step 3f: Select OK on the Google Play services pop up
Step 4: Clear All Storage for Google Play Services
Step 4a: You should still be in the App Info Section for Google Play services, if you are not follow steps 3a-3c Select Storage
Step 4b: Select Clear cache
Step 4c: Select Manage storage
Step 4d: Select Clear All Data
Step 4e: Select OK on the Delete app data pop up
