This guide will cover the steps required to uninstall, reinstall and manually update Google Play managed applications on Tab Active series devices
Step 1
Open the Knox Manage application. There are two ways to access Knox Manage:
Method 1
- If an operator is logged into the tablet select the All Apps button in the bottom center of the tablet:
- Select Knox Manage.
Method 2
- If an operator is not logged in, press on the person icon in the top left of the screen and hold for one second. This will open Zonar Settings:
- Once in Zonar Settings, select Open Knox Manage:
Step 2
Select the Hamburger Menu in the top left of the screen.
Step 3
Select Application Store.
Step 4
Select the app that needs to be installed, uninstalled & reinstalled or updated.
Step 5
This will open a menu for the application. Select the Install/Uninstall button in the top right corner of the menu to process the desired change.
If an application update is available an Update button will be present.
