FieldSync is a ‘run your business’ software that enables your service business to efficiently and effectively schedule estimates and jobs, dispatch technicians, digitally track and store invoices and work orders, enhance your customer communications and overall streamline your business operations.
How does FieldSync Work?
At its core, FieldSync software serves as a centralized platform that connects office operations with field activities in real-time. It provides tools for managing work orders, assigning tasks, tracking technician locations, and facilitating communication between field staff and back-office teams. An office-based Coordinator will enter your estimate and service requests as they are received from your customer base. The FieldSync software will then determine the best technician to send out based on the customer needs and availability. Technicians will receive their assignments in real-time via mobile app, enabling quick and effective communications and therefore quality customer service. Technicians will provide updates to show when work is complete, enabling the invoicing and billing process to take place.
FieldSync can be used on its own or in conjunction with an account, to incorporate vehicle telematics right into your Field Service Management.
