Upon logging into the Back Office, will be the Dashboard, which serves as a centralized visual hub presenting key metrics and insights pertinent to FieldSync software. This setup enables stakeholders to swiftly understand the present status and performance across different facets of the business, such as daily Work Orders, overdue Invoices, and similar aspects.
At the top, the Overview section breaks down various items into simple numerical figures, like the count of Jobs in progress or completed.
Below Overview, deeper detail will be provided for four items: Past Due Invoices, Today’s Work Orders, Outstanding Invoices and Outstanding Estimates.
In each section, the details of individual line items are accessed by clicking the link positioned to their left.
In addition, each section features a ‘View’ link located in its upper right-hand corner, providing a shortcut back to the corresponding area within the Back Office.
