The Missing Inspections PTO report is used when there is a missing inspection for an asset which has used PTO (detected with a Discrete I/O) source. To access the Missing Inspections with PTO report, from the main menu click Reports, then go to EVIR Inspection and click Missing Inspections PTO. The Track Missing Inspections with PTO screen appears.
Filters
Select the desired filters, then click Generate Report.
| Type | Select a specific configuration used when the inspection was performed. If the database is configured with multiple inspection types, a scroll-down menu will be provided. |
| Select Zone | Filter data to only show the PTO events that have been used by an asset in a specific geographic zone. |
| Attribute Filters | Displays characteristics that can be assigned to one or more assets, creating customizable groups. This preset filter can be applied to the report through this drop-down. Admin Attributes. |
| Select Attributes | Displays the assets that have the specific attribute(s). |
| From | Select a beginning date and time for the generated report. |
| To | Select the ending date and time for the generated report. This report is limited to a single calendar day. |
| Hours Operated | Select a specified time for which an asset has been operated without an inspection. |
| Distance Traveled | Select a minimum distance for which the asset must be in operation without an inspection. |
| Input | Select one of the five Discrete I/O channels to display the usage for the given date range. |
Report
| No. | A sequential number associated with the currently displayed results. |
| Asset No | Clicking on the Asset Info  icon will display the available asset information. Clicking on the asset will display all EVIRs reported for that asset. |
| Day | Displays the date that the asset has not performed an inspection. |
| Activity Started | The beginning activity time for the asset that has been in operation without having an inspection performed. |
| Activity Ended | The ending activity time for the asset that has been in operation without having an inspection performed. |
| Distance (Miles) or Hours Operated | Displays the distance or time that has elapsed without an inspection performed, depending on the filter settings. |
| Input Count | Displays the current I/O channel being used during the current date range of the generated report. |
| Location | Displays the asset with its associated location. |
