This report will deliver the asset’s trip details and the asset’s cumulative data from the Engine Control Module (ECM).
The data will be sent at the end of the trip. You can report on one or all of your assets for the Date and Time Range specified, which will display the total amount for Fuel, Odometer, and Hours. A benefit of this report is it totals exactly how much each trip cost, so that you can make smart decisions about where you send your vehicles.
To access the Trip Report, from the main menu click Reports, then go to Fuel, Diagnostics & Usage and click Trip report.
The Trip Report for electric vehicles will not report Fuel, Idle Fuel, MPG, Total Fuel, or Total Fuel (Idle).

Start: Date and time when the trip started.
End: Date and time when the trip ended.
Asset Name: The asset’s identifying label as entered on the Manage Assets page.
VIN: The vehicle's vehicle identification number.
Trip: A trip is considered from switch power on to the switch power off. The trip details are:
Fuel (Gal): This number is calculated to include "Idle Fuel."
Idle Fuel: The amount of fuel used while idling.
Miles: The distance driven.
MPG: This number is calculated by "Miles" divided by "Fuel" and does not include the "Idle Fuel" number.
Engine Hours: Accumulated hours running the engine.
Totals: Cumulative is based on the total amount recorded off of the ECM. The cumulative details are:
Fuel Tot. (Gal): Total fuel used by vehicle including any "Idle Fuel."
Fuel (Idle): Total fuel used while idling.
Odometer (Miles): Odometer value of the vehicle.
Hours (Engine): Total engine hours accumulated on the vehicle.
Sometimes the PTO and Idle Fuel values are negative for International engines. This is because their engines are programmed to reset the fuel values after every trip (against the J1939 recommended practice).
The trip's information may vary if the ECM has been reset during the trip's date and time range.
