With the Import Drivers dialog box, an administrator can upload multiple drivers at one time by importing a CSV file with their information.
Navigate to Manage > Drivers >Drivers and click the Import button. The Import Drivers box opens.
Zonar recommends that you download the template before you upload driver information. Click Sample Template or Complete Set to ensure that the format of the CSV is correct. The complete set template includes all current driver information and the sample template allows you to build your own custom template.
- If you already have a formatted CSV file that you wish to upload, click Skip.
- Click Browse and select the CSV file to import. Click Open.
If your CSV file does not include category headers, make sure that you clear the CSV Import Has Headers check box.
- Click Submit. The import process will prompt the download of a CSV file. If the CSV file that downloads contains the words “No Rows Found” the import was successful. If there are rows of information, there were errors with the import. The error is indicated at the far right-hand side of the data.
Jailed records are not allowed in the import process. Remove and/or update each jailed record before importing your file.
