Fleet Inspection Statistics displays the fleet’s statistics for all drivers based upon the information gathered from the performance of their EVIRs, including inspections’ duration, defects, and number of inspections performed.
- To access the Fleet Inspections Statistics screen, from the main menu, select Drivers, and then click Statistics under the Drivers section.
Fleet Inspection Statics window displays the following data for all inspections performed by drivers meeting the filtered criteria:
Average Inspection Time | Displays the average time it took to complete an inspection. |
Maximum Inspection Time | Displays the longest time it took to complete an inspection. Clicking on the time will display the associated EVIR. |
Minimum Inspection Time | Displays the shortest time it took to complete an inspection. Clicking on the time will display the associated EVIR. |
Total Inspections | Displays the total number of inspections performed. |
Total Defections | Displays the total number of defects reported during inspections. |
Defect Rate | Displays the average number of reported defects per inspection. |
Important: If the Maximum and Minimum Inspection Time links appear disabled, then you do NOT have the correct permission to view the inspection.
- Click Filters in in the top-right corner, define the following criteria for narrowing your search results, and then click Apply:
Selection - Select Driver | Select one or all drivers to report. |
Show Revoked | Select to include revoked drivers in the report. |
Show All Results | Select to return all results on one page instead of paginating. This may slow down the load time of the report. |
Use Dates | Select this check box, when defining a From and To date range, to limit the returned data in your report. |
Type | Select one or more inspection types to filter. To select multiple inspection types, use keystrokes Ctrl + Click on Windows and ⌘ Command + Click on Mac, and then select each inspection type that you want to include in the report. |
Date Range | Select a From and To date range for limiting the data returned in the report. |
Time Range | To filter based on the duration of an inspection, select a Less than hour/minute/seconds value or a Greater than hour/minute/seconds value. |
- The results table displays the following information for each driver who meets the filtered criteria. At the top of the table is the number of rows listed per page of the total number of rows in the report and the number of pages per report. Click the page numbers to view that page of the report.
No. | The row number. |
Driver | The driver being reported. Click the driver’s name to display the inspection report with the driver populated in the filter. |
Avg | The average amount of time a driver spends inspecting an asset. Click the average inspection time to view a list of all inspections for that driver, with a Start and End column showing the duration of each inspection. |
Max | The longest time the driver spent inspecting an asset. Click the time to display the associated EVIR. |
Min | The shortest time the driver spent inspecting an asset. Click the time to display the associated EVIR. |
Total | The total amount of time a driver has spent inspecting assets. Click the total time to display a list of all inspections for that driver, with a Start and End column showing the duration of each inspection. |
Insps | The total number of inspections recorded for the asset. |
Defects | The total number of defects reported for the asset during an inspection. |
Defect Rate | The ratio of Total Defects to Total inspections. Note: For this report, the defect rate is calculated using the total number of defects reported divided by the total number of inspections. For example, if a total of 1000 inspections have been performed and a total of 100 defects reported, the defect rate would be (0.10). |
- Click the in each column to sort the data by criteria in ascending/descending order.
- In the bottom-left corner click to export the filtered data to a CSV file.
