Inspection Acknowledgement

The Inspections Acknowledgement report shows inspections that have zones that were not inspected and defects that have not been acknowledged in the Open Defects report. To access the Inspection Acknowledgement report, from the main menu click Reports, then go to EVIR Inspection and click Inspection Acknowledgement. The default report includes Un-Acknowledged Only. You can change the report by clicking the drop-down menu at the top of the report and selecting Acknowledged Only, then clicking Generate Report.

Unacknowledged Inspections

 

No.	Sequential row number associated with the current view.
EVIR #	Displays the unique number assigned to the specified inspection.
EVIR Date	Displays the date when the inspection was performed.
Status	Green: Indicates no defect(s) reported.     Yellow: Indicates one or more non-critical defect reported.     Red: Indicates one or more critical defect reported.
Asset No.	The asset number associated with the asset tag read during the inspection.
Driver	Displays the operator that was logged in when the inspection was performed.
Defects	Shows the number of open defects and how many of the defects were corrected. Clicking on the count or N/A will display the EVIR, clicking on the defects link will display the open defects report for the asset associated with the EVIR. Format: [Repairs Made]/[Defects Found]. 1/1 Indicates a defective condition was reported and repairs have been made. 0/1 Indicates a defective condition was reported and repairs have not been made. 1/2 Indicates two defective conditions were found. Only one defect has been repaired. N/A Indicates that no defects were reported.
Details	Clicking this link will display the specific inspection associated with the selected asset.
Acknowledge	Select the following inspections to acknowledge by clicking the check boxes under the “Acknowledge” column or to select all simply click on “Select All” located under acknowledge.

 

Acknowledged Inspections

To view acknowledge inspections, click the drop-down at the top of the report and select Acknowledged Only, then click Generate Report. The Acknowledged Inspections report shows inspections that have zones that were not inspected and defects that have not been acknowledged in the Open Defects report.
