This form is used to display exceptions from the selected supervisors’ assigned drivers. Only a disposition to the exception entry and note may be entered through this form; none of the time-entry information can be altered. The “Review Supervisor Dispositions” link functions the same as the “Supervisor Dispositions” link, except that it shows exceptions that have a disposition assigned to them. Once payroll has applied a disposition to one of these exceptions, the exception is not visible by “Review Supervisor Dispositions” again.
Note: If the auto clock out option is enabled in the database, all drivers that are currently clocked in at the set time limit will be automatically clocked out. If the internet connection used to communicate with the database is unavailable for an extended time and the clock-out time limit is exceeded, all drivers clocked in will be automatically clocked out. If there are entries queued in the ZTIP application, for these drivers, the entry will be either a clock-in or clock-out, based on the driver’s in/out status in the database. To access Supervisor Dispositions, from the main menu click Reports, then go to Custom Reports and click Supervisor.
