Z Pass is a web-based, passive, RFID card system used for tracking riders. The system records card scans and includes the time, date, latitude, and longitude with each scan. Access to this report requires the user to have an account with Zonar Count activated as well as the application installed on a Zonar Tablet.
To access the Z Pass Rider Count, from the main menu click Reports, then go to Rider Tracking and click Z Pass Rider Count.
1. Asset No. |
By default, this report returns all assets. This option allows the user to search by a specific asset for the report. |
2. Session Start Date |
Clicking the drop-down menu will allow the user to pick a different date range which include Today, Yesterday, and a custom date range where the user can choose a specific day. |
3. Results |
Asset No: Displays the assigned number to identify an asset. Clicking on the “” icon will filter to that specified asset. Session 1-4: Session is a route that is given to an asset by the dispatcher, it displays the total scans for the asset that the operator has completed during the session. Clicking on the number of scans under the session will bring the user to a list of those scans. |

Displays the final total of all sessions for the generated report. |
Sessions
Sessions are the operators’ routes that are given to them by their dispatcher, within this list view the user is able to see more detailed information of the session. Showing when the riders scanned and other vital information within the session. Note that if a manual scan is performed, the rider information is optional and may not appear.

Displays the first name of the rider. |
2. Last Name |
Displays the last name of the rider. |
3. Card # |
Displays the RFID card number that was scanned and is associated to the rider. |
4. First Scan |
Displays the date and time when the rider first scanned. |
5. Last Scan |
Displays the date and time when the rider last scanned. |
6. Notes |
Displays the date and time when the rider last scanned. Unpaired Scans: The rider did not perform their last scan. Manual Scans: The operator had to manually enter the first and last scan for the rider. Manual First Scan: The operator had to manually enter the first scan for the rider. |
