Zonar is committed to providing you the best possible service using the most up-to-date technology to ensure your business is operating at its full potential. To meet your high standards, it is necessary over time to discontinue products and replace them with improved versions.
The Zonar product lifecycle has three unique aspects, which incorporate enough time and communication for you to successfully transition to the latest technology. Depending on the discontinued product, we may offer special sales incentives for product upgrades.
Please contact your Zonar Sales Professional or Zonar Customer Support if you have questions.
End of Sale (EOS) |
The first step for any product transition is End of Sales (EOS). This is the last date a new customer may purchase the product. Depending on remaining inventory, existing Zonar customers may have the ability to purchase the product after the announced end of sale date. |
End of Development (EOD) |
The second step of product transition is End of Development (EOD). No new features or bug fixes will be developed. Technical support remains available from Zonar Customer Support, but new software fixes will not be made available if the problem requires hardware or software development. |
End of Life (EOL) |
The final step in the product transition lifecycle is End of Life and support (EOL). We will no longer support the product and Technical Support, RMAs, and Warranty Coverage will no longer be available. The product is officially discontinued. |
Below is the end of product lifecycle for these specific products, as enhanced technology is available for upgrade. Our goal is to ensure you have the up-to-date solutions to enhance your Zonar investment.
Please contact your Zonar Sales Professional or Zonar Customer Support if you have questions.
