Overview
In order to stay compliant with electronic logging regulation, it's important to identify and resolve ELD malfunctions in the fleet as quickly and accurately as possible. The Malfunctions report allows driver managers to see what sort of malfunctions afflict the fleet and which assets and drivers are affected.
For more information on malfunctions themselves, see the Diagnostics & Malfunctions page.
The Malfunction Insights report lets you:
- Filter the overall results by division and malfunction type.
- Filter the table by date range and other factors.
- See how long a vehicle has been in malfunction and which drivers have logged into that vehicle in that time.
- Quickly access a short description of the malfunction type and how to address it by clicking on the
icon next to the malfunction type.
