When assigning unidentified logs (UDLs), sometimes the UDL was not caused by a driver, or the driving was done in a location where driver logs were not required, such as a company yard.
To aid in correctly identifying UDLs, Zonar provides a list of No Driver Reasons, which allow you to identify a UDL without requiring a given driver.
The No Driver Reason page allows you to define custom reasons, which are then used in the Unidentified Logs report.
Enabled/Disabled: Click to display only reasons which are enabled for use or disabled. By default, Enabled is selected.
Export (CSV): Click to generate a CSV file containing the list of reasons and whether or not they are currently assigned to any UDLs.
Add Reason: Click to create a new reason. A window pops up with a text box. Type in the reason and click Save to add it to the list, or Cancel to back out without saving.
List of Reasons: Displays available no driver reasons for your account.
-
Enabled toggle: Click to toggle between enabled and disabled status. Disabled reasons cannot be assigned to new UDLs, but UDLs that have already been assigned this reason will retain it.
