If desired, the ELD software can be used for Drivers to submit Fuel Receipts from the field via the Android and iOS versions of the Driver app. Rather than waiting for paper receipts to be turned in, Users can electronically track and monitor fuel purchases as they happen.
This data is viewed via Fuel Receipts in the left hand menu.
Filters are available to narrow down the data as needed. Set the filters, then press Execute.
Once the data has been loaded, it can be filtered further by Fuel Type.
In addition to viewing Fuel Receipts uploaded by Drivers, receipts can also be uploaded directly into the portal by Users. To do so, click the blue New button to the upper right.
The following information will need to be provided in the labeled fields: Fuel Type, Reference ID, Fuel Purchased, Fuel Expenses, Driver, Vehicle, State, Date & Time and Notes.
An image of the receipt will be required as well. The receipt will need to be either scanned or photographed to create a file for attachment.
Receipts uploaded by User can be edited or deleted as needed, using the icons to the right. Receipts uploaded by Drivers can only be altered or removed by the Driver via the app.
