Apollo ELD provides a variety of data in the Reports section of the administrative software. Three reports are available: Odometer Jump, Driver Duty and Uncertified Log.
The Odometer Jump Report displays changes in Mileage that aren’t related to logged Driving events. Odometer jumps can indicate various issues, such Uncertified Logs or poor ELD connections. Regular reviews of this report is an excellent way to monitor for potential ELD problems.
To view the Odometer Jump Report, set the filters seen here.
Both Drivers AND Vehicles must be selected. There are ‘All’ options for both to allow for a general search.
Once the report has been generated a great deal of information will be available. However edit/delete capabilities are not provided.
The Driver Duty Report provides easy access to time totals over a selected date range, such as Drive time or Off Duty time, which can be accessed whenever needed. This report makes determining various Driver hours very easy to access and calculate.
Simply select the Driver and Start-End Date to be viewed, then press execute.
Uncertified logs can present a real problem for overall company compliance. The Uncertified Logs Report provides the solution, quickly displaying which drivers need to certify logs and on which dates.
Uncertified Logs are located via the filters across the top of the page.
Once the report has been run, any uncertified logs within the selected date range will be displayed.
To view the details of a particular log, click on the flag buttons in the Action column to the right.
Please be aware that logs cannot be certified via the ELD Admin panel. Logs can only be certified by the Driver within the ELD Driver App.
