The Asset Health page delivers in-depth information on fleet GPS Units and their functionality. The report breaks down critical and accessory information into a table that can be quickly sorted and easily customized.
Asset Health refreshes its data whenever the report is opened. Users can manually call for updated data by clicking the Sync button at the top right corner of the page.
Health Status Summary
By default Asset Health will display all units in a fleet but it also offers quick sorting options based on Threshold Filters. Clicking any of the color-coded cards at the top of the report will display units that fit these metrics:
Normal : Units operating within all defined thresholds with no issues detected. By default, this will list any GPS units that have reported within the last 24 hours.
Warnings : Units with metrics approaching critical thresholds. By default, GPS units that have reported within 24-48 hours will be listed.
Critical : Units requiring immediate attention. By default, GPS units that have not reported within 48 hours will be listed.
Threshold Filters can be set by clicking the Settings button. This will open the Threshold Filters menu. The value difference between the set minimum and maximum thresholds will define the Warning state of the Asset Health report. At any time the threshold filters can be reverted to preset values by clicking Reset to Defaults.
