The Driver Performance tab uses installed dashboard cameras to help fleet managers monitor and improve fleet safety behavior. The report uses Risk Events captured by fleet cameras and combines them with severity scores to aggregate a Risk Score for drivers.
These events and scores can be used to spotlight driving behavior that could use improvement and and provides the tools to create improvement plans in the form of Coaching Cases; giving both fleet managers and drivers ownership of improving overall driving behavior.
