This collection of reports helps identify assets without inspections, assets that move beyond the specified threshold without an inspection, and inspectors who haven’t submitted their inspections.
Filters

Date Range: Click to define the range of time issues should filter to. Defaults to previous 7 days. Available options:
- Today
- Previous 7 days
- Previous 14 days
- Previous 30 days
- Previous 365 days
- Custom: Click the starting date on the calendar, then click the ending date to define your desired date range.
- Asset ID: Click to select one or more assets in your account. The issues list will filter to only issues from those assets. Defaults to all assets.
- Asset Type: Click to select one or more asset types as defined in Manage Assets.
- Inspection Name: Click to select one or more inspection configurations by name.
- Inspection Type: Click to select one or more inspection configurations by type.
- Home Location: Click to select one or more locations as defined in Manage Locations. The issues list will filter to only issues from assets in those locations. Defaults to all locations.
- Reset Filters: Click to reset all changed filters back to default. This is grayed out if all filters are already default.
Assets (with GPS)
This tab tracks missed inspections for assets with associated GPS data. It displays assets that moved over 10 miles, but lack inspections within the specified date range. When filtered by inspection type, it lists assets lacking inspections of that type.
- Start Date / Time: Displays the date and time the vehicle was first active for the day(s) without an expected inspection.
- Asset ID: Displays the asset name as defined in Manage Assets. Click to navigate to the Asset Defect and Repair History page for that asset.
- Asset Type: Displays the asset type as defined in Manage Assets.
- Insp. Name: Displays the name of inspection expected but missing.
- Insp. Type: Displays the type of inspection expected but missing.
- Home Location: Displays the asset location as defined in Manage Assets.
- See in Live Maps: Click to navigate to Maps History view showing the selected asset's travel for the specified day.
Assets (all)
This tab tracks missed inspections for all the assets in the fleet whether or not the asset performed a trip. It identifies assets without inspections in the specified date range. When the report is filtered by inspection type, it lists assets lacking inspections of that type.
- Date: Displays the date for which the asset is missing an expected inspection.
- Asset Number: Displays the asset name as defined in Manage Assets. Click to navigate to the Asset Defect and Repair History page for that asset.
- Asset Type: Displays the asset type as defined in Manage Assets.
- Insp. Name: Displays the name of inspection expected but missing.
- Insp. Type: Displays the type of inspection expected but missing.
- Home Location: Displays the asset location as defined in Manage Assets.
Inspectors
This tab tracks inspectors who have not completed any inspections within the date range specified. If the results are filtered on specific type of inspection, the report would show all the inspectors who have not performed that type of inspection.
- Date: Displays the date for which the asset is missing an expected inspection.
- Inspector: Displays the name of the inspector.
- Insp. Name: Displays the name of inspection expected but missing.
- Insp. Type: Displays the type of inspection expected but missing.
- Home Location: Displays the inspector's location as defined in Manage Drivers.
