When a vehicle's onboard camera reports that a roadside or cabin-facing event has occurred it will record a video clip of the incident. The Video tab is where these events are displayed.
In order for a camera to provide events it needs to be deployed to Zonar Ignition and installed in a vehicle. After an event is generated, it will be available for review for 90 days before it is automatically deleted.
Cameras are automatically configured to capture events. If a camera has not had its label updated the Unit field of events it generates will display the device's serial number. Deployed cameras, labels and alert sensitivity can be reviewed and adjusted in the Camera Management menu of the Manage tab.
