Forms are customized documents that companies can task to drivers to fill out and submit with the Zonar Ignition Driver application. The Forms tab is where administrators can create, assign and review submitted documents.
Glossary
Add : Opens the Create a Form menu.
Delete : Removes a Form type.
Filter : Sorts the listed forms. In the Forms section results can only be filtered by Tag assignment and Status. In the Answers section results can be filtered by individual forms, the driver who submitted the form and the timeframe the form was submitted.
Settings : Allows users to edit, copy, delete, and view results of forms.
Download : Allows users to save .pdf file copies of submitted forms.
Using the Forms Tab
The Forms tab has two functions. The Forms subtab is where accounts can create, assign and edit documents sent to the Zonar Ignition Driver app. The Answers subtab is where administrators can review forms drivers have filled out and submitted with the Zonar Ignition Driver app.

The Forms subtab displays the documents an account has created. From this subtab administrators can create, edit, delete, and sort their forms.
How to Create a Form
Click Add .
This will open the form builder. The form builder has two menus.

The Parameters section is where administrators can define a form's name and how it interfaces with the Zonar Ignition Driver app.
When opened, users will be met with the following fields:
- Name: The title of the form. What is entered here is how the form will list in both the Forms tab in the Zonar Ignition Driver app.
- Description: Used to provide context for the form
- Category: Assigns a category to created forms. Currently General is the only supported category.
- Tags: Allows the form to be assigned to drivers based on their Tag assignment. Drivers will only see forms if they share the same tag as the form. At least one Tag assignment is required.
In addition, users can also toggle the following options:
- Allow the driver to save draft: Enabling this permission allows drivers to save drafts of the form on the Zonar Ignition Driver app and submit them later.
- Active: Makes the form accessible to the Zonar Ignition Driver app.
- Open question configuration automatically when new question is added: Applies to the Questions section. When enabled, a question's configuration menu will open after it is added to a Page.
Fill out any relevant fields and toggle on any desired permissions.

Questions

The Questions section where administrators can build the form's content. This section has two essential components.
Pages: Pages determine how many menu screens the form will populate on in the Zonar Ignition Driver app.
Add question: This menu contains the question blocks that fill out a form.
When creating a form, the form builder will highlight the active page. That page will populate in the center of the form builder.
Questions can be added to the form by clicking a question type from the right side menu. Each question type will have a configuration menu where companies can dictate what answers are expected from the driver and if the question requires an answer before the form can be submitted.
Users can move inserted questions on the form by clicking and dragging.
Users can edit, duplicate, or delete inserted questions by hovering their cursor to the right of the question and clicking the settings icon.
To add additional pages to a form click the Add Page icon.
Once a form has been constructed click Save.
Answers

The Answers subtab displays the forms submitted by drivers through the Zonar Ignition Driver app.
Forms are displayed in chronological order. Clicking Address will open a Google Maps display of the approximate location the form was submitted.
How to Review a Form
A form's content can be reviewed by either clicking the title of the document under the Forms column or by clicking the line's Settings icon and then clicking View Answers.
This will open the submitted form in a side menu. The form will display the date and time the form was completed, the driver who submitted the form, and all questions the driver answered.
To save a .pdf file copy of the form click the Download icon in the top right corner of the menu.
