Profile

The Profile feature in Zonar Ignition allows users to adjust their experience on the platform.

Clicking the Profile icon on the top right corner of Zonar Ignition will open a menu with the following options:

• Default Language: Clicking the Spanish or Inglés button in the top right corner of the menu changes the default language of Zonar Ignition to either English or Spanish.
• Preferences: Opens the Preferences submenu where users can make adjustments to their experience with Zonar Ignition.
• Help Center: Opens the Help Center that contains guides for Zonar Ignition and also other customer support documentation.
• Log Out: Ends the current session and redirects the user to the Zonar Ignition Login page.

Additional options may be present depending on the Zonar Ignition features a company is using.

Clicking the Profile icon will close the menu.

How to Adjust User Preferences

1. Click the Profile icon.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click the drop menus or toggles to change features:
   
   1. Default Tab: Exclusive to an account's Primary User, this feature allows them to set which tab will open when a user logs into Zonar Ignition.
   2. Unit of Measure: Allows distance and speed data to display in either MPH/Miles or KPH/Kilometers.
   3. Timezone: Allows users to change the default timezone of Zonar Ignition.
   4. Date Format: Allows users to change the Day-Month-Year timestamp of data in Zonar Ignition.
   5. Duration Format: Allows users to change how Zonar Ignition displays duration data.

   6. Enable Chat Between Drivers: Exclusive to an account's Primary User, this feature allows users of the Zonar Ignition Driver application to communicate with other operators via the Chat feature. Disabling this feature locks communication on the application to just Drivers and Administrators.

      Additional options may be present depending on the Zonar Ignition features a company is using.

4. To finalize preferences click Save.
