The Reports tab allows users to synthesize collected fleet data to suit their needs. The available reports can be curated to display information ranging from whole fleets to individual units or drivers.
Available report types can be customized for users in the Account tab. Unit and Driver settings can be created and edited in the Manage tab.
Glossary
Reports Tab
Report Setup: This side panel is used to create the reports that populate in the Recent and Pinned tabs. Clicking the icon opens the panel, clicking the
icon closes it.
Recently Opened: When a report is viewed a temporary tab for it will populate in the header next to the Home tab. Tabs can be clicked to quickly open reports or return to the Home screen.
Export : Clicking this icon converts the tab into an external document that lists the created reports. Supports CSV and PDF file formats.
Delete : Only available when a report is selected. Clicking this icon will delete the selected report.
Recent
Recent Tab : Clicking this icon displays reports based on their creation date. The newest created report will list at the top of the table.
Settings : Found at the end of a report's line. Clicking this icon provides the following options:
- Pin: Copies the report to the Pinned tab.
- View: Opens the report.
- Copy to Setup: Copies the report's settings to the Report Setup panel.
- Schedule: Converts the report into a Scheduled Report.
Pinned
Pinned Tab : Clicking this icon displays reports that users have pinned from the Recent tab.
Settings : Found at the end of a report's line. Clicking this icon provides the following options:
- Edit: Opens the Report Setup panel with the report's parameters prefilled. Allows users to individually change and save new settings for the report.
- Delete: Removes the report.
- Schedule: Converts the report into a Scheduled Report.
Scheduled Tab
Schedule Report : Opens the Schedule Report panel.

Edit : Opens the Schedule Report panel with the report's parameters prefilled. Allows users to individually change and save new settings for the report.

Creating Reports
Setting up a Report
Click the Reports tab and open the right side Report Setup panel.
Report Setup
- Under Report Options pick a report with the Choose a Report Type drop menu.
- To review available report types click the
icon.
- After selecting, toggle Advance Filters on to set additional report options.

- Under Timeframe choose the frequency the report generates with the Select a Date or Range drop menu.
- In Unit/Driver Selection choose if the report will monitor Units or Drivers.
- Some reports types only monitor drivers.
- In Run Report For select the scope of units, drivers, or tags that will be monitored by the report.
- In Delivery Options choose the file type that the report will generate.
- When all options have been filled out click Get Report.
Scheduling a Report
- Click the Scheduled tab.
- Click the Schedule Report
icon.
General
- Enter the name of the report in Name of Schedule.
- Select a report type from the Choose the Report Type drop menu.
- Some reports will require additional information after being selected.
- Click Next.
Frequency
- Choose if the report will be created Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
- Click the left side circle icons to activate the days the report will track.
- If the report needs to track specific hours, fill in the time range on the active days.
- Additional time ranges can be added to tracked days with the right side plus
icon.

- If a Weekly or Monthly creation frequency was chosen, pick the day the report will generate in Deliver On.
- Select the time the report will be created in Deliver at.
- Click Next.
Units
- Select if the report will track data from Units or Drivers.
- Choose if the report will track Unit or Driver data from All available in a fleet, Single or select few, or based on Tag assignments.
- Click Next.
Delivery
- Choose the report's Delivery Method. Options include:

External Documents:
- CSV
- A Web-based report, hosted in the Reports tab.
- FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

- Select report recipients from Contacts drop menu.
- Selecting FTP will ask for a FTP Server.
- Click Schedule.
